I got the call today. Mantle-Cell Lymphoma confirmed. I will have a chemotherapy port installed in my chest Tuesday morning, and will start my first of four rounds of chemotherapy on Tuesday or Wednesday. They plan to admit me for a few days at MUSC Charleston for at least the first round.
I really don't know anything else at this point, other than after chemotherapy, I will have the option of a bone-marrow/stem-cell transplant or doing a clinical trial. We shall see.
Meanwhile, I have a lot of loose ends to tie up at work and family to spend time with.
And all's well.
